How’s it going guys? Dr. Flores here at
Flores Chiropractic. I wanted to quickly
go over why you might have some soreness
or discomfort, maybe a little bit of
pain after an adjustment. What happens
is the muscles, ligaments, and tissues
are closely related to the spinal cord
where the nerves are. It’s just like
going to the gym. If you go to the gym
for the first time or it’s been a long
time since you have been do a full-on
workout, what happens is you have pain,
soreness, maybe some discomfort the next
day. Not to worry. Keep staying
consistent with your treatments. And on
top of that, drink plenty of water. you
get plenty of rest and you will get
