How’s it going, guys? I wanted to go
over some very common and good home
exercises you can do to help stabilize
and also strengthen your neck area as
you start to begin treatment here. So,
first you’re going to find an awesome
table to lay on or even your bed or even
on the floor. You’re going to go face
up. I commonly recommend doing this
before you go to bed. It makes it that
much easier. You don’t miss doing. So,
you’re going to relax as much as you
can. And then when you’re ready, you’re
gonna lift your head up slightly. Not
all the way. Uh just about there. Nice
and level with the spine. Make sure that
we’re not tilting back or forward. Level
like this. And then you’re going to
rotate to one side and hold for three to
five seconds.
Come back to neutral.
Rotate the other side. Hold for three to
five seconds. And then come back to
neutral again. You’re going to keep
doing this for about a minute to two
minutes
or until you start to feel your neck
muscles fatigue. If you feel your
muscles start to fatigue, it means we’ll
weaken those areas. You can work your
way up to one to two minutes if you
start to fatigue earlier. But this will
help strengthen your neck as well as
help increase stability as we work
